This fundraiser is for the life of Marissa Hawkins and will be used towards medical bills, and funeral expenses. Marissa fought a long and hard battle with a brain tumor, requiring multiple brain surgeries. The 3rd surgery required her to be awake to make sure her main functions weren’t removed. Unfortunately the tumor still continued to grow and on August 30th 2021 at the young age of 24 she was taken from us, and placed in our Heavenly Father’s hands.

 

To those that knew her she always had a big smile on her face regardless of the pain. She had an incredible work ethic and took a leap becoming a realtor in the last year of her life. Marissa was born in Medford, OR, but her heart was on the beach in Southern California. She was a bright shining star, and a true joy to be around. She was an encouragement to many of her friends, family, and 2 younger sisters.
