Brain Tumor Removal and skull reconstruction

Hello, my name is Garrett, and a lot of my friends call me G. I was in a serious car wreck at the end of December 2022; luckily, I had no broken bones or anything wrong. When the doctor told me to come over to his screen, I thought it was going to be something simple. He said during your CT scan, we saw a spot on the right side of your skull. If it were me, I would have wanted to know, and I am very thankful for that doctor for telling me. I’ve always had issues with headaches, so I ordered an MRI through my primary doctor. Then I was told I have a brain tumor about 4cm in size that is pushing on the brain and has eaten through the skull. Even with insurance, I spent about $11,000 out of pocket to have this surgery. Reality did set in when we found out how much insurance didn’t cover. Add to the fact that my job laid off several workers, including myself, and my health insurance is a few days away from expiring. I have reluctantly started a GoFundMe account. 

 I don’t expect much from it, but I know it won't hurt. God has a plan, and sometimes he has crazy ways of making things happen or work out. I was told that if I had waited another 6 months, it would have started to eat away at the brain as well.
