Brain tumor and need some help

Hi, my name is Lann Anderson and I have a 3.57cm tumor on my pituitary gland which is causing me to go blind. This limits what i can do for work. I am the bread winner in my family as my wife is on a fixed income. I am worried about making sure the rent and bills , and medical bills get paid on time . Since post surgery i will have a weight restriction and can not lift heavy items for my job. I am mover. I will appercaite all the help I can get during this stressful unexpected time in my life.
