My mom has an extremely large tumor on her left frontal lobe. It’s a meningioma which is benign, between the brain and the skull. She went missing last Saturday and was found Sunday morning at the bottom of a ravine where she had fallen and couldn’t get back up. After some scans at the hospital, she was diagnosed. Her behavior has been strange and erratic for quite some time, but it’s now uncontrollable, and she’s admitted waiting on brain surgery. She does not currently have health insurance, we’re doing our best to get her on Medicare immediately. I’ve started this GoFundMe to cover the costs of travel, attorney fees, hospital, bills, and clean up and sanitization of her home as she had become unable to care for herself. We’re not sure of what the recovery will entail, so we will do our best to make sure her home is ready for her arrival.
