Ladybird Needs Brain Surgery!

Our lovely pupper Lady is a beautiful Husky/Sheltie mix we rescued years ago. She came to us emaciated and scared of everything. Lady has grown into a beautiful, kind, loving dog with the temperament of a gentle love sponge. She recently underwent surgery to identify lumps, and this cost us thousands. While the growths were benign, Lady experienced her first seizure shortly after the operation. She has since endured two more episodes in a week and a half, and after bloodwork confirming her liver/kidney function to be good, we are left with only her brain.

We will need to see a neurologist and undergo MRI scans to diagnose her issue. This procedure costs anywhere from $3,000 to $5,000. After the cost of her surgery, additional vet visits, bloodwork and more, we are at our limits. We will do anything to keep our fur baby happy and healthy. Any support is massively appreciated.

*** Updated*** We have now confirmed the diagnosis of brain cancer and hope to move forward with her best treatment option - surgery. While it isn't without risk, Lady is an otherwise healthy and happy dog that deserves the best possible life. Continued support is appreciated more than words could ever describe.
