Brain surgery epilepsy

My name is Taylor Manning. I have created this page to help with my current and upcoming medical bills.
I am struggling with epilepsy and a shattered shoulder. I can't fix my shoulder until I am seizure free for 3 months. Unfortunately my seizures are not under control.
I have brain surgery coming up where they implant a chip in my brain to act as a nerve stimulator to help manage my seizures. All my seizures are grand mal and destroy my shoulder more and more each time. I have had a broken shoulder for about 6 months and am in constant pain. After I have my seizures I try and walk up and down the stairs and my wife fights to stop me. 
I can't even be left alone to watch my 5 year old daughter. I am doing remote learning for kindergarten with her. She said yesterday "Daddy has bubbles coming out of his mouth when he has a seizure." It breaks my heart that she has to see that. 
I am a certified addiction counselor. I got into it so I could share my message of hope to those in crisis because I love helping other people. I hope I can get back into it after my brain and then shoulder surgery.
I want to provide a stable environment for my family and any help toward paying my medical bills would mean a lot to me and my family.
