Brain surgery cost for my 15yo nephew in Vietnam

A distant nephew of mine who’s only 15 yo just got hit by a motorbike drunk driver early yesterday morning (early yesterday night-Vietnam time) in a small village in Vietnam. Healthcare services and profession knowledges and skills from doctors and nurses over there are very saddening and upsetting. So the info I got so far is the boy’s skull was cracked; internal bleeding in his brain-see attached picture (but not sure if the doctor got this correct either) The kid is in a coma ever since yesterday morning and up to this moment (Tuesday afternoon September 1, 2020) and no surgery or anything significant has done. The doctor said a brain surgery will be needed soon.
The boy and his family have no health insurance (very poor and lives with grandparents) and the healthcare system over there, basically you pay up front and they will take care of you; you pay more they will do a better job; if not enough money then they will let you laying there with some IV and the family members must run around to give the doctor some gifting-money behind the scene in order to get the attention.
The doctor said the brain surgery will cost about $200 millions in Vietnamese money (about $9000 USD)
Please from the bottom of my heart I’m asking you, open your heart and help with whatever you could during this difficult time we all live in to help saving the life of this young man. I can’t carry this all by myself ☹️
