Brain Power Resources: helping Mira Sykes

Thank you for being here. We are grateful for your support of our family, and especially of Mira.

We are doing our best to take care of Mira emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We trust her medical team to take care of her physically. We have felt the care of community so deeply, and it is hard, scary, and sad to need this depth of care again.

There are those of you who support and love our family, and so many new members of our community brought here by Mira and her own vibrant presence in the world.

Thank you for seeing her, loving her, and supporting her.

Your resources will help us with medical and recovery costs beyond what insurance will cover. It will help us with travel needs to be with Mira for as long as she needs our help, along with the day-to-day logistics that go along with that. We know that her needs might vary depending on which procedure successfully cures her AVM. We are hoping things resolve quickly, and are also preparing for a longer haul.
