Hi, my name is REGINA ECARUAN , and I am fundraising for my Brother who suffered a severe traumatic brain injury after an accident. The CT scan showed bleeding in the brain, swelling, and multiple facial fractures. He is currently under close medical care and may require surgery, medications, repeat scans, and long-term rehabilitation. This has been very difficult emotionally and financially for our family. We are asking for help to cover hospital bills, medications, treatment expenses, rehabilitation, transportation, and daily needs during recovery.
