Brain cancer sucks!
Erin started her weekday morning like every other wife and mother of two small children, hectic and rushed! But that morning was a bit different. She dropped the kids off at her mother's and headed to a dental appointment. After her appointment, she noticed some facial paralysis and went for an emergency MRI. The MRI confirmed that there was a mass in Erin's brain and that brain surgery was to be implemented right away. The surgery was scheduled the next morning. Erin was diagnosed with brain cancer that day on August 14th, 2016.
Friends, family, and co-workers of Erin know her to be a beautiful person inside and out. She has a joy about her, and even in the toughest of times you will still hear her infectious laugh. It is so unfair that something so terrible could happen to such a wonderful and generous person. We love her and wish her family strength, patience, and a bit of laughter during this tough time.
We have created this "go fund me" in hopes that funds will be raised to contribute to an amazing family adventure of their choice. We want them to start this journey in a positive light and give them the strength they need to get through this battle.
