My Post-Brain Cancer Surgery Survival

Donation protected
It is uncomfortable to be in this position.  I do not have medical clearance to work yet. The next MRI and check up is August 5th. I am eager to, God willing,  get a good report and authorization to work again.  Until then I am reliant on your kindness, compassion and contributions. I can't express fully how much every bit of your financial support helps and is cherished.  As my family members have all presented me with their dire personal financial struggles to explain their absence of help, I have to turn to friends and strangers to pull for me. I desperately need your help now. I have the pressure of bills (even little ones) threatening to suffocate me. I've fought too hard for them to take me out. There's a bright light at the end of this tunnel,  I can see it.

This last surgery left me with decreased strength and an increase of spasticity on the left side, especially the left arm and hand.

For those who don't  know, I have an Astrocytoma Grade 3 Brain Tumor that is still there even after the second surgery on the 29th of October. It was growing a cluster of cysts as well.  No Surgeon can remove the tumor due to the type and location.

Before my first brain surgery, The teams of doctors from UCLA Medical Center, including Dr. Black, and UCSF Medical Center in 1995 said I had 3 months to live. I had a 12 and a half hour craniotomy at UCSF and because of it being right mid brain...incorporated with the main artery, they couldn't extract it but got 5% of it by biopsy. I was left partially paralyzed on the left side from where they cut in on the right. I will never run again amidst other lingering side affects including severe Osteperosis which led to 3 hip surgeries and many broken bones. I had to go to Brigham and Women's hospital in Boston from L.A.  to stay for the 7 weeks of daily Fractionated Steriotastic Radiation Therapy.  It froze the tumor...until last July.  Last July it reared it's ugly head again.
UCLA Board of Brain Tumor Specialists then conferred and unanimously agreed that brain surgery again is what they must do.

I haven't been able to work full time all of 2018 and not at all since July 11th 2018 so currently I am still on unpaid medical leave from work. My monthly expense needs are $2,200. Right now, August 2019, I am trying to reach my goal of $11,000. At this point no one can predict when I will be able to work again because of persisting symptoms and medications that I am on. I know I really need help. PLEASE.  I could go on and on about this whole ordeal. Ask me. I'll tell you and show you so much of my story. I'm not good at asking for help but I don't have another option now. I don't know what else to do. I'm putting everything in God's hands and therefore the hands of His People.  Please help. Thank you.
