Our customer Pete recently came into Mountain Yotas looking at a GFC camper setup with one goal: He wanted to spend more time outside.

Not long after, Pete and his wife Shelby shared devastating news. Pete had been diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. When life changes that fast, your priorities become crystal clear. For Pete, it wasn’t about things... He said “I just want to get outside, I just want to camp, and spend time with my wife while making the most of this summer.”

That hit us hard.

We know these vehicles are about so much more than trucks. They represent freedom, peace, adventure, escape, and connection. Sometimes getting outside is more than a hobby... it becomes healing. That’s why we decided to step in.

Go Fast Campers generously donated a camper for Pete’s truck. Method Race Wheels, Kenda Tires, GOAT Shocks, Sherpa Equipment Co., Baja Designs, and Dirt King all stepped up to help. Mountain Yotas is donating all labor to build the truck. Now we want to help with the part nobody sees: medical bills, travel expenses, fuel for adventures, and time away from work. The financial pressure that comes with fighting cancer is immense. Our goal is to raise enough so Pete and Shelby can spend this summer focused on living, not worrying about bills. We want them to have the freedom to explore Colorado, Moab, and the places that bring peace during one of the hardest chapters of their lives.
