Brain Bleed Recovery for my dad

   My dad was recently admitted to the hospital due to two hematomas on his brain.  He has been on heart medication for the past 6 years after a "widow-maker" heart attack. One of the drugs he is required to take is Eliquis, which is a blood thinner. After exploring several possible causes, the neurologist has determined that the blood thinner is the cause of the brain bleeds ( Eliquis). The pressure that the bleed has put on his brain has rendered his feet paralyzed.The hope is to remove the Eloquis from his system over the next week so that they can operate. They will then drill holes into his skull to drain the blood and relieve the pressure. If all stars align, he has the ability to recover. 
  Never once has or would my dad ask for a hand-out or a hand-up, and I know I will be yelled at as soon as he finds out about this! However, stress can be detrimental...and I believe is the underlying cause of all his health issues. He works so hard to support his family, and he tithes religiously even when there are no means to do so. He is always willing to give his time to others and help those in need. All of the money raised here will go towards supporting my dad while he is out of work and recovering for the weeks ahead. Thanks in advance.
