Braelyn (Sissy) Edwards

Hello my name is Nana. I’m trying to help my Daughter Kara Vinyard and my Granddaughter Braelyn (Sissy) Edward. Sissy is 5 years old and goes to MCES she’s in Kindergarten. Sissy is in UK Children’s Hospital and right now we know that she’s going to be there for a long time. Kara has to and needs to be there for Sissy. She is going to need help with bills and things for Sissy. Braelyn has been diagnosed with Encephalitis and is in the PICU unit. They are currently trying to get her swelling in her brain down. And this is a process because they are waiting to find out test results to determine the best treatment for her. We do know that it’s from the flu she had. Kara tries to post every day how Sissy is doing. She’s been put on a lot of Prayer Lists and so many have reached out offering to help so I was hoping maybe this could be a way everyone can help. Unfortunately, Kara can’t work right now and she isn’t available to get medical leave with the job she has. The expenses start to Food & gas alone adds up. And life, bills and expenses don’t stop with all this going on. She’s the only person that Sissy wants which is normal for a little child to want Mommy. Since she is the sole provider for her kids. The last thing she needs to worry about right now is her bills. Being a single mother and sole provider for her little family is difficult when she is unable to work to provide. Right now her need is to be with Braelyn. And we don’t know how long how long her hospital stay will be or the recovery for Braelyn. This is a very difficult time for her and our family. The last thing we want is for her to worry about bills and expenses. The amount of people who have reached out to Kara and our family is Amazing. And all of the Prayers are a Blessing. I wanted to set up this account to help take one stress from her. It’s bad enough the stress of she’s going through watching her daughter go through this. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
