Here I am telling a similar story but this one is about my brother. Everyone who knows Brady can agree he’s one of a kind and can’t be replaced. Since birth he’s been battling a heart condition and other health problems but that didn’t stop him from being involved in sports and having fun being a kid and young adult. Early Saturday morning around 1am my parents were woken up by paramedics rushing through the door asking where CPR was being performed and they found Brady’s fiancé Loretta giving him CPR on the bathroom floor until the medics took over. He was airlifted to Harbor view and brought to the ICU . He had an asthma attack so sever it stopped his heart for 47 seconds. This not only is emotionally damaging but I can only imagine the costs my brother will be facing. He is just like my dad and doesn’t ask for help but will always lend a hand. Between the medical bills , transportation to and from harbor view so Loretta can be with him during visiting hours and then knowing he will be out of work for a while I’m sure he’s worrying when he needs to be healing. Any and every little bit will help them get through this time when they were planning a wedding. He is alert and still in harbor view with broken ribs, a broken nose, respiratory distress that caused strain to his heart. We are unsure how long he will be staying there but with all the love and support from the community I know they will be okay and get through this.
