On October 20 2018 I went to ER for what at that time was 1 toe that had been infected.
Turns out I had to be immediately transported to Hospital as I had gangrene and they needed to Amputate.
The Gangrene also ended up going Septic.
They had to do a Transmetatarsal Amputation on my right foot ( basically amputated all 5 toes and and the ball of my foot) on 10/23. 
Due to the Sepsis they pumped me full of Antibiotics to save my life which caused Renal failure was in ICU for 10 days then was transported to an inpatient Rehab facility where I would spend the next 18 days before getting discharged 11/17. I do have medical insurance but it doesn’t pay all of it the bill I received a statement of what my out of pocket bill is From first hospital for icu stay and it is roughly $5,500 ( just couple hundred under) I can only imagine what my 18day in patient rehab bill will be out of pocket. And I still will have co-pays for my out patient rehab and and other stuff . I understand it’s the holidays and money will be tight for everyone and I totally hate asking for assistance I’m not who I am but I will probably be out of work til First of the year. All I’m asking is if you have it in your heart to help me out on some of this please do.
