Brad's Journey: From Accident to Recovery

My name is Brad Simpson and I was in a car accident on March 12th heading to work. I was transported by ambulance to Fairhope Hospital and after several X-rays and CT scans, I was diagnosed with a fractured right femoral head and L5-I5 vertebrae damaged in my lower back.

I had a full right hip replacement on April 9th and I'm currently receiving at-home therapy due to my immobilized condition. I was also told to file for full disability due to the damage to my lower back. I was also let go from work on March 14th due to my accident. Therefore, I have no income.
