Following the surgery, Brad's resilience was further tested as he spent two months in the critical care unit, followed by a month in an intensive rehab facility. These months were characterized by relentless determination and a steadfast spirit, as he worked diligently towards recovery. His daughter, Mariah (28) and son Cole (26) spent everyday in the hospital by his side, doing everything they could to remind their dad of his own strength and supporting him in his fight to survive.

Two months ago, Brad returned home, continuing his remarkable journey towards regaining his strength. Each day, with the support of his kids, sister, family, and friends, he dedicates himself to the hard work required for rehabilitation, striving to stand back on his feet.
