Bradley's Cancer Journey

Over a million new cases of cancer are diagnosed every year in the U.S. Each new case isn't just a statistic, it's a person... a parent, spouse, best friend, coworker; a person who means the world to someone(s). One recently diagnosed cancer patient is a member of our fitness club and a friend. Bradley Rae is one of the nicest people you could meet. He has a humble manner and always greets you with a friendly smile. Bradley met the love of his life, Buffy, across the world, while he lived in England and she in Taylorsville, KY. He moved to America in 2015 to marry Buffy and become a loving father to her five children. Bradley is 32 years old and has been diagnosed with a type of bone cancer, osteosarcoma. Bradley has begun chemotherapy treatments and will do whatever it takes to fight this beast. Our prayers are with Bradley, Buffy and their children during this difficult journey. *Medical supplies/Food items (Press & Seal Saran Wrap for Bradley's port, medical tape, Ibuprofen, protein powder or Ensure, sunscreen, chapstick with sunscreen, NUUN hydration tablets - Lemon Lime flavor, gum and snacks like packets of saltine crackers, peanut butter & crackers
*Kroger and Wal-Mart gift cards for groceries
*movie passes for Xscape Theater on Blankenbaker (they have reclining seats so Bradley can roll on his side. The location of his tumor causes him pain when sitting.) This will give the family something fun to do together this summer, when Bradley is feeling well enough.
