Bradley Shepherd Medical Fund

On February 25, 2017 Bradley Shepherd was involved in a life threatening motorcycle accident where he sustained severe brain damage, and damage to his left arm & right leg. He was air lifted from the scene of the accident to Baptist South and was immediately sent to neuro surgery where he underwent surgery to remove the back of his skull due to swelling on the brain, the doctors told his family the surgery meant life or death. He has remained in ICU & has overcome obstacles the doctors said he may not. His wife Tara is a preschool teacher and has already used all of her sick time and vacation time. The doctors say he will remain hospitalized for several months. Currently his wife has not been able to return to work. Bradley does iron work and the doctors say it's likely he will not return to his work anytime soon if ever. No word yet when he will go into a regular room as the family waits day daily for improvement.
