Willie began his journey at the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he laid the foundation for what would become a distinguished legal career. He started at one of the most prestigious law firms in South Carolina and, with time, courage, and vision, went on to establish his own law practice—an accomplishment that reflected both his entrepreneurial spirit and his unwavering commitment to justice.

Throughout his life, Willie served not only as an attorney but as a mentor, a leader, and a fierce advocate for fairness and equity. He built his career with integrity and left a mark on everyone who crossed his path.

But more than anything, he was a family man. Willie was the proud father of four children and the loving grandfather of six beautiful grandchildren. He taught us the value of hard work, the importance of education, and above all, how to live with dignity and purpose.
