First, I would like to thank all of my family and friends that have continued to love and support me as I have struggled with this devastating addiction over the past 5 years.
I have come to a point in my life where there is no other choice for me except to face this disease head on once and for all! So many loved ones have been hurt by my addiction and I am truly sorry for the pain that I have caused. Please believe me when I say that I have been a prisoner to this disease, I have on numerous occasions attempted to overcome it through various means and have realized that I need professional help to succeed.
I am reaching out to all of you beacuse I am out of options at this point. I want more than anything to be the man that God created me to be, a father, a good friend, a loving son and brother and a man free from the bondage of addiction. I am asking for your financial support to allow me to enter a 21 day recovery program in Yakima, WA called Sundown M Ranch.
I have achieved long term sobriety once in my life already and look forward to beating this addiction as well. Back in 1992, I overcame my addiction with alcohol and cocaine and have not used those substances to this day. Unfortunately, 6 years ago I suffered a serious back injury at work which led to an addiction to perscription pain medications. I trust completely that the Lord will also deliver me from this addiction with the professional help that I need.

I have also been blessed with several good friends (Dan Carroll, Perry Ormiston, Mike Hilts, Keith Carpenter, Jared Senn and Brad Spears) that have all agreed to support me as accountability partners in my recovery process.
