Brad Sweeney and Family

Hi, My name is Mike Gosnell and I am fundraising for Brad and his kids.

I have known Brad for many many years and anyone that knows Brad and his family will know they are amazing caring people.

Brad is just 36 and has been through so much over the last few years, it started with his first tumour where he went through Chemo, radiotherapy and then had to undergo vital surgery to have it removed. Brad continued to fight and recovered well from the operation.

Unfortunately another Tumour developed, Brad has been going through extensive chemotherapy treatment and fighting it everyday, Brad suffered blackouts, blurred vision, dizziness just to name a few side affects. However Brad continued to fight and always with a brave smile. Brad always said he is going to fight for his Kids and will never give up which we all admire him for.

Now the part that breaks my heart and saddens me to write.

Unfortunately Brads treatment has failed, due to the aggressiveness of the Tumour, Chemo is no longer helping and no more options are available to stop it.

Brad is going to try one last Chemo to see if he can stop or at least slow things down however Doctors say the chances of success are very low.

We are raising funds so that Brad can enjoy what could be his last Christmas with his 4 young children and give him the funds to enjoy the time he has left with his kids, creating memories and enjoying the time they have left together.
