Brad Huempfner/Lien
My step-brother Bradley, was in a tragic accident while skiing on February 10th. He is currently at Aspirus Hospital in Wausau in their ICU unit. He has undergone major surgery and it is very likely he will never be able to walk again. He is optimistic and strong and his faith is unwavering.
Badley will need a lot of modifications as he continues on this journey. He will be needing special equipment as well as extensive therapy. They will need to get a wheelchair equipped vehicle as well as most likely find a new house that accommodates his needs.
While Brad is working hard on his recovery, the rest of us are asking what we can do to help. Any and all small act of kindness are appreciated tremendously by Brad and his family. Most importantly on this journey, they are asking for prayers. Pray for the doctors, nurses, therapists to continue to do what is best for Brad. Pray for his parents and close family members to continue to have strength. Please pray that Brad finds peace and continues to strengthen himself both physically and emotionally.
Here is an opportunity for those who would like to contribute financially to help with the uncovered medical bills, house renovations (or selling and buying of a new house that fits their needs), handicap equipment, and unplanned expenses they are incurring. Thank you for supporting the family. We feel so blessed to have all of your support, encouragement, prayers, and help. Everyone's kindness has been overwhelming and amazing!
