Brad Francis' funeral expenses

Hi, my name is Judy Rugg. Brad Francis is my sister Kerri's husband. Brad has been fighting liver failure and Psoriatic Arthritis for many years. On May 27th he made his peace with God and went to join him in heaven. He was a loving father to their 4 children, very funny, cared deeply for his neices and nephews, friends, his pitbulls, and his car. He took wonderful pictures and loved sharing them with family and the community . He was a brilliant man and will leave a large hole in the lives of those who knew him.
