Brad Calkins Assistance Fund

Brad Calkins has been an integral part of St. Johns Golf & Country Club since 2018 and is currently our Head Golf Professional. In June, Brad suffered a life alerting setback when he was admitted to the hospital with an unknown illness. Over a seven week period, through numerous tests, appointments, and studies, doctors diagnosed Brad's disorder as Diastolic Heart Failure. This condition reduces the efficiency of the heart's operation, restricting the blood flow through the body. Through medications and life style adjustments, the illness can be managed, but not cured.

Since August, Brad has been able to resume his full responsibilities at St. Johns. The effect his presence has on the Club is tremendous with his positive attitude, dedication to members, and service he provides to all guests. Everyone Brad comes into contact with immediately recognizes how wonderful a person he is.

Many of us are aware that hospital visits, medications, and routine doctors' appointments come with a heavy financial burden. The love we have for Brad, inspires us to take action and help shoulder these costs. We urge you think of the affect Brad has on your life and help assist towards this fund.
