Brad Blake

This is my boyfriend, Brad Blake.  He is often referred to as "oh, the real quiet guy". Brad has been diagnosed with Stage IV Colon Cancer, he has been fighting this battle for some time now. He has been through surgery, radiation and multiple rounds of chemotherapy. Throughout this battle, Brad continued to work and remain positive. However, the cancer has now made its way to his lungs. Due to effects of chemo, he has been unable to work for the past year. It has exhausted him mentally, physically and financially. He is very weak and sleeps the majority of the day.  At 5'10, Brad now weighs 118 lbs, down from 175lbs. Despite, this, he is now contemplating returning to work and postponing treatment. The effects of all the chemo and all the different types of chemo he has undergone, has taken its toll and he still cannot physically do both right now. He needs to gain his strength and weight back.  No one should ever have to choose between working or receiving life saving treatment. Brad is a very private person, he will not ask for help. Therefore, I am asking for donations to help Brad with his medical expenses, to alleviate some of the financial stress this has caused him, so he can focus on what's really important, continuing his treatment and winning this battle.
