Brad and his family are all good people. They’re extremely friendly, giving, and hard working. Going through such an illness is never easy but it’s even worse during the holiday season. Hopefully through this program we can take a little bit of the burden off of them. The following is from Brads personal Facebook page...
3 months ago my wife Trisha Gump and I took in my sons friend who was living at a homeless shelter. So he would have a stable place to live. During that time my wife started having anxiety attacks and excess stress. Rendering her unable to drive or work. So the following 2 months was full of doctors appts to try to figure out what was going on. And why she was having so many issues. Month 3 she was told she possibly had cancer lymphoma to be exact. Terrified we went tons and tons of doctors to finally figure out what was wrong. 3 weeks ago my wife was diagnosed with stage 3 or 4 non hotchkiss lymphoma b cell blood cancer. It is a very aggressive cancer and requires aggressive treatment. We have been at Hershey all morning and are getting ready to start her first round of 5 days of straight chemo. To say my family is terrified is an understatement. We need all the prayers we can get. Aside from that we are struggling bad with my wife not working for the last 3 months. I have dwindled thru all the savings and we are living on the edge. I don't like to ask for anything from anyone. But my family is desperate for any and all support we can get. Thanks for reading this please pray for my wife's recovery. And my family mainly my kids peace during this stressful time thanks.
