One of our fellow employees is in need of help. Brad Cox is the Parts Manager for Tyler and Longview machine locations. His home was recently flooded due to the City’s sewer system backed up and completely ruined the downstairs. His insurance company is refusing to cover this damage citing he did not have this specific coverage on his policy. The City of Longview’s insurance company has rejected his claim stating they were not negligent in this incident. The City has committed to help with a $50K dollar amount but the total renovation will be closer to $120K leaving Brad with a large liability to cover. I am reaching out to see if you would be able to help Brad in is his time of need. I know our work family strives to take care of one another in difficult times.
