Hi, my name is Kiesha, and I’m a full-time uni student raising funds for my beautiful dog Lilo, who now needs another surgery on her right back leg.

Lilo is more than just a pet—she’s my baby, my best friend, and my whole world. Recently, she had surgery on her left knee after a cruciate ligament injury, and we were so relieved to finally be on the road to recovery. Sadly, before she’s even had the chance to fully heal, she has now torn the cruciate ligament in her other knee. This means she will need another major surgery.

We really struggled to pull together the money for her first surgery, and I honestly don’t know how to financially manage another one so soon. As a broke uni student, I’ve stretched everything I can to give her the care she deserves, but I just can’t do this alone.

It breaks my heart to see Lilo in pain and unable to enjoy life the way she used to—running, playing, and greeting me with her happy wagging tail. Without this surgery, her quality of life will continue to suffer, and I can’t bear the thought of her being in constant pain.
