Greetings, my name is Mayte. I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my cousins: Abby, Aaron, Karolina, and Kamila.

We humbly seek assistance during this challenging time. On the morning of September 5, 2023, our beloved Karla Karina De Alejandro was unexpectedly called to enter the gates of heaven and be reunited with God. Her passing was sudden and unforeseen, leaving us all heartbroken. Karla was a beacon of light for everyone who knew her, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Whether it was offering a listening ear, giving the shirt off her back, or sharing her last dollar, Karla's kindness knew no bounds.

Karla was a single mother who leaves behind four children: Abby (21), Aaron (17), Karolina (15), and Kamila (5). Our 85-year-old grandmother, Gudelia (Karla's mother), has taken on the responsibility of providing guidance and support. However, she is unable to fully meet the financial needs of the children. Moving to Minnesota, where most of the family resides, is not currently feasible for the kids, especially since Aaron and Karolina are in the final stages of high school and intend to graduate from there. As a result, the burden of motherhood has unexpectedly fallen on Abby's shoulders as she strives to keep her siblings together.

Currently, the family does not have any means of transportation. After covering the expenses of the funeral, there simply isn't enough left to purchase a vehicle. The primary goal of this fundraiser is to raise funds for a reliable vehicle that will greatly improve the family's quality of life. Any additional donations will be used for living expenses and any other necessities they may require. If financial assistance is not possible for you, we kindly ask for your prayers as they embark on this new chapter and adjust to their new reality.
