My name is Samantha, and this is by far the hardest thing I’ve ever done—asking for help publicly. But I’ve learned that true healing begins when we stop suffering in silence.
Since 2019, I’ve been quietly battling uterine cancer, carrying the weight of illness while also trying to hold together a life that was falling apart behind closed doors. I survived an emotionally and physically abusive relationship that left me depleted—spiritually, emotionally, and financially.
Even through all of this, I’ve worked two full-time jobs just to stay afloat. But right now, I’m on medical leave due to an injury I sustained during the abuse, and I’m unable to work while I heal physically. I’m staying in transitional housing, doing the inner work, and trusting the Most High to restore me—but rebuilding takes resources, and I can’t do it alone.
I’m raising $10,000 to stabilize and restart my life with dignity, safety, and hope. Here’s how your support will be used:
⸻
Where the Funds Will Go:
• $3,000 – First and second month’s rent + security deposit for a safe, stable apartment
• $2,000 – Reliable used car or major repairs to my current vehicle
• $1,500 – Payoff of loans and overdue bills
• $1,000 – Out-of-pocket cancer care (copays, medications, follow-ups)
• $1,000 – Groceries, toiletries, clothing, and essentials
• $500 – Furniture, bedding, and basic household items
• $500 – Emergency savings and credit rebuilding
⸻
I’ve never “begged” before, and this isn’t easy. But this is not a cry for pity—it’s a call for partnership. If you’ve ever had to start over, or rebuild after abuse, you understand what it means to be one act of kindness away from a breakthrough.
Whether you give $5 or $500, whether you donate, share, or pray—I appreciate you deeply. May the Most High bless you 100-fold for your compassion.
With love and hope,
Samantha
