Mike and I are training for a 10k and hope to raise money for a cause close to our hearts: Motor Neurone Disease (MND) or, in other countries, ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease, which my brother was diagnosed with a year or so ago.

MND is a rare degenerative disease in which the brain and nerves become weaker and get worse over time. We aim to raise funds for research, support, and awareness of MND. via the MNDA. We hope that you will contribute to provide hope and resources to those affected by MND and their families. Please join us in this journey by donating and spreading the word.
