Hiya im jade 37 im a mum of 5 and a partner of 19 years, been fighting stage 4 cancer for a year and a half but unfortunately have lost the fight and I want more than anything to complete my bucket list with my family I have 3 months left of life ❤️ I can't change what it ive just got to enjoy the time ❤️
