Jordan is a 12 year old young man with such a sweet and gentle spirit.  He was born with Congenital Heart Disease and recently placed on the heart transplant list with Duke University Hospital.  On June 10, 2020 Jordan underwent VAD surgery and is still in the hospital recovering.  We are raising funds to support Jordan and his family during the medial journey.   Thank you and we will keep you updated on his progress.  Blessings, Crystal and family
