It is with tremendous heartfelt sadness to announce the passing
of Jesse "Patchy" Fuentes. Jesse was born in Merced, CA on September 15, 1967 and passed away January 12, 2016 at the young age of 48. He has been a resident of Los Banos for all his 48 years.

Jesse is survived by his parents, Angie and Richard Fuentes, his wife, Gina Fuentes and his two sons, Jessie (26) and Doug (25) Fuentes, all which reside in Los Banos, CA.

Sadly, due to a unexpected Brain Aneurysm, Jesse passed away peacefully in Modesto at Memorial Medical Center on Tuesday.

To ensure that Jesse deserves the memorial he deserves, we are asking for donation to help his family in this difficult time.

Though his life was short, we are grateful and appreciate the experience of having been loved, and loved him in return, and for being in our lives. In our hearts and souls, he will always be with us.
