When our friends asked us to host an orphan from Ukraine for ten weeks this summer, we had no idea how opening our home to not one but TWO teenage boys would impact every aspect of our lives, from our marriage to our ministry and everything in-between.

The cost of international adoption is almost overwhelming. After reimbursements from our employers, the approximate minimum expense of adopting our boys is $26, 720. The breakdown includes: Intercountry adoption fees, travel expenses, Ukrainian in-country costs, home study fees, and governmental filing fees.
