My name is Clinton Vermaak,
I am a Boxing Trainer in country town - Ballarat.
Thee years ago a little 15 year old ranga kid (Jack Denahy) walked into our Boxing Gym and wanted to do a boxing class. From that moment on he knew this is what he was born to do!
From that day forward, at the age of 15, he made the decision, 'this is my destiny, this is my purpose for the life I was given'
I have never seen such commitment in a human being, such focus and hunger,  such drive. I have seen hundreds of kids come and go over the years, in the boxing gym, talking up big dreams, but never seen the dedication and spirit of a young man like this.
Jack left school to take up a apprenticeship as a plumber so that he could focus more on the boxing, and than furthered his passion by dedicating his full time to his passion. It is now the end of February 2017, and Jack goes through to fight in Austrlian Nationals for a Australian Title next month.
Jack is a Ballarat Boy, living on the outskirts of the city, in Buningyong. Jack travels by train, a 5 hour round trip, 5 times a week to train with very well known Boxing Coach Brian Butler from East End Boxing in Croydon, in order to fulfill his dreams.
Last year Jack was chosen for the Victorian Boxing Team, and than fought on the gold coast for a Australian Title, unsuccessful due to his lack of experience and exceptional boxers.
Jack has made the commitment to becoming a World Champion(professional) in time to come, we have been assisting and fueling his dream as much as we can, because we know, a real dream not reached, is a waste of a life, and no matter what, when a kid has the vision and the commitment of this kid who knows at all costs what he was placed on this earth to do, we should give him a go.
We are wanting to raise funds because Jack has to travel to fight, he has been selected to fight in Mens Elite WORLD GAMES selection event Nominations, which could  see him fighting on the world stage.
We dont wanna see a local Australian Spirit, Talent, Vision and Commitment blend into the past with no backing as so many before him.
Jack is the real deal, he is a very grounded, respectful, honest, intelligent, young kid who knows what he wants, he is loved by everyone that crosses his path, and I believe with all my heart he will make history for Australia, with his passion, work ethic and attitude.
Australians always take care of their own, this kid Will make Aussies proud.

The money raised will be used to help Jack with his training fees, his travelling fees(5 hour trip daily), and to fight abroad, he needs to pay his way every time, which is very costly and all his training gear to keep him moving.

We are so thankful to all who have helped, this kid is special, a humble human being with a big dream, doing it the real way, the hard way, the Aussie way, whatever it takes!
No Matter What, there is nothing that will stop his dream, a real Aussie giving it a fair go, just an Incredible Kid with all the tools, all the vision, walks the talk.
