Full House Synopsis:

2 Rival bingo goers compete in a tense, bloody and gory standoff to win coveted "Big Money," full house prize.

This film is a comment on the sins of jealously, greed and wrath. A body horror/ surrealist short that plays on the innocence of older ladies at an everyday bingo game.

The main inspiration for my film is my grandmother who was a manager at a bingo hall when I was a kid. I remember the rage and poison being thrown around the room of OAPs and thought it was inspiring. A film that inspired my idea is Natural Born Killers and the surrealist, violent style that Oliver Stone portrays which would create a funny contrast to two, seemingly innocent, older ladies.

A Man Walks into a Bar with a Chainsaw Synopsis:

As a way to claim his mental health checks back, a man decides to stage a public outburst in a pub.

I really enjoy character studies where the protagonist isn't a good person but there is still an underlying sympathy you gain either throughout the film or just for the character in general. For example Abel Ferrara's Bad Lieutenant, the character is completely unlikable but you can't help but feel sorry for him at the end. In this film, I wanted to blend a surreal and silly idea into a realistic atmosphere and tone.
