Hey! I’m Steff, a proud Welshman, lacrosse player and self employed Chiropractor and sports massage therapist.

I am incredibly honoured to announce that I have been selected to represent Wales in our nation’s first ever appearance at the Box Lacrosse European Championships in Prague this summer!

This isn't just another tournament; it is a historic milestone for Welsh sport. For the first time, a Welsh Men’s Box Lacrosse team will step onto the international floor to compete against the best in the world, and I am beyond proud to be wearing the Dragon on my chest.

While the passion for the game is high, Lacrosse is a self funded sport in Wales. Between the necessary equipment, training camps, travel, and tournament fees, the costs of competing at this level are significant. To get to the arena and compete at my highest potential, I am looking to raise what I can. I am self employed so I can’t take annual leave and get ‘holiday’ pay so I lose out on money while I am away which means this trip cost me more than just the cost to get there.

Every donation goes directly toward the logistics of getting me from training sessions to the opening whistle on the world stage and everything in between.
