Hi, I'm Trenna, a friend of Gary Bowman. Gary was at my house the past couple of weeks doing my floors, and he wasn't feeling well. He finally went to the VA hospital in Seattle, and he had a heart attack. He has congestive heart failure, and it's active at this time with less than 20% of his heart working. He was checked in and can no longer work due to his heart failing.

Gary is the guy who does everything for anyone always because it is the right thing to do. He has been there for so many others; now it's time for us to be there for him. Gary and Nora, his wife, depended on both incomes to pay their bills, but now Gary can no longer work, and Nora has already missed a week of work as she rushed to Seattle to be by his side when she got the news. Gary's medications are going to be costly, and I worry that Nora will be next, worrying about her husband and how they will buy his insulin and heart medicines that he needs to survive now. They have also determined that Gary is a diabetic as well as his heart failing. I know that Gary has lots of friends whom he has gone above and beyond for, and now it's time for us, his friends, to go above and beyond for him.
