A year ago, we decided to foster Bowie to keep him from going to a shelter. We never expected to fall in love with him the way we did. He’s been through more than 4 homes before reaching outs, and we realized there was no better option than to keep him and make him apart of our family. Bowie is the sweetest 2 year old chihuahua/dachshund mix who loves cuddles and kisses. He has so much love to give. He’s our son, our family. There’s no better feeling than coming home to him and getting to cuddle our Bowie boy. 

On Monday, we brought Bowie to the vet for vomiting and lethargy. After 2 days, his condition started to worsen. Today, we got the unfortunate news that Bowie needs immediate surgery because of a foreign object stuck in his intestines, and bladder stones. If he doesn’t get this surgery, we could lose our sweet Bowie Boy. 

We were told the total cost of surgery is $5,000 to cover the 2 night stay, the anesthesia, the fluids/medications, and of course the surgical removal. Please help us raise money for Bowies surgery. We are grateful for every single donation, being that every dollar is one step closer to saving Bowie.
