The Philip Bonvino Family Fund

Update: Philip Passed away on Sunday Night, please help if you can.

I am writing you this email on behalf of one of my employees, Joy Librizzi. Joy has been an employee here at SSH since 2010, she is a single mom caring for her only son Philip Bonvino. Philip Bovino was born with a rare disease called Nemaline Myopathy, he dependent on a ventilator, peg feeds and requires 24 hour nursing care. Joy is only able to work Part-time to help care for her son as she does not want to place him in a facility. Philip has taken a turn for the worst, an Joy has been out since September 2015. She does qualify for FMLA as she does not have enough hours and her PT/HT and vacation time has been used.

I spoke to Joy today and she stated that she does not have enough money for his burial. She is going through a very emotional, physical and financially difficult time now.
