Hi my name is Bourbon and I was surrendered to Simply Clefts because I have a pretty bad heart murmur. Yesterday I had my Cardiologist appointment and was diagnosed with a severe pulmonic stenosis. It would be awesome if we could get this bill covered and proceed with my treatment. Dr Dena said I was the sweetest boy! Thank you ❤️
