Hello.  My name is Hoa Minh Dao and I am 43 years old.  I was

diagnosed with end-stage kidney failure.  My health has declined

rapidly these past few months and it has made work incredibly

challenging for me.  I have tried doing DoorDash but I could only

work a few hours a week because I constantly feel lethargic and I

struggled to keep up with my responsibilities.  I go for dialysis

three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) at 4AM

and lasting about 5 hours.  The illness has made me so weak that I

have fell and hurt myself countless times.  My body is covered with

bruises.  I am fighting every day to overcome this illness but it

seems impossible.  I am in dire need of a kidney transplant but I

cannot afford it due to my lack of financial resources, therefore, I

need assistance with raising funds for a kidney transplant, which is

my only hope at reclaiming the life that I had before this illness

turned my life upside down.  Thank you for considering my plea.
