Boston Marathon-Friends of the Mary Lyon

Hi my name is John Hynes, and I am the K-6 Assistant Head of School at the Mary Lyon School in Brighton, MA. The Mary Lyon is a K-12 Boston Public School that’s specializes in supporting students in a fully inclusive learning environment. This year I am running the 2023 Boston Marathon to raise money for the Friends of the Mary Lyon, which is a nonprofit organization for the school that plans fundraising events to support student activities throughout the school year. As I get closer to race day, I am making one last push to raise money for this great school that has been a huge part of my life since I started my teaching career there in 2005. Please consider making a donation that will go directly back into supporting all students K-12 at the Mary Lyon.
