I am so excited to be running the Boston Marathon this year on behalf of Wellesley Friendly Aid!
WFA is a community-based, non-profit organization that has been serving families of Wellesley, MA for 110 years. Its programs include providing scholarships for youth summer and academic programs, supporting ESL services, and granting families financial aid in critical situations.
The WFA service closest to my heart, however, is its Wellesley Connects program. Wellesley Connects matches high school students who will be the first in their families to attend college with mentors who work with them throughout the college application process. I have seen this mentoring program work for so many students, and your donations will help it continue to thrive.
