Boston Crusaders 2025!

Hoii allemaal,

Ik ben Quinten Vos en deze zomer heb ik de ongelofelijke kans gekregen om deel te nemen bij Boston Crusaders Colorguard!!

De Boston Crusaders behoren tot de top van de drumcorps wereld. Maar om dit te kunnen bereiken gaat mijn Colorguard-reis 12 jaar terug.

Toen ik 8 jaar oud was begon ik met Colorguard bij Jong Holland Junioren. Na 7 jaar heb ik de overstap gemaakt om naar Jubal Drum & Bugle Corps in de Open class te gaan. Vanaf dat jaar leerde ik ook over het Winterguard circuit. Ik heb van 2020 t/m 2022 bij Wilhelmus Winterguard gelopen. In 2023 het ik de keuze gemaakt om naar Sensation Performance Ensemble te gaan. Hier heb ik mij verder kunnen ontwikkelen met als hoogtepunt de Wereldkampioenschappen in de World class afgelopen april.

Aankomende mei zal ik het vliegtuig nemen naar Amerika om mijn droom uit te laten komen. Dit zullen 3 maanden zijn die bestaan uit hard werken, nieuwe vriendschappen en herinneringen voor het leven.

Deze ervaring komt helaas met aanzienlijke kosten. Van reiskosten tot uniformen en andere benodigdheden, het is een grote financiële uitdaging. Daarom vraag ik om jullie steun om deze droom werkelijkheid te maken. Elke bijdrage, hoe klein of groot, alles helpt enorm om deze kans te kunnen grijpen.

Hii all,

My name is Quinten Vos and this summer I got the incredible opportunity to join Boston Crusaders Colorguard!!!

The Boston Crusaders are among the top of the drum corps world. But to achieve this, my Colorguard journey goes back 12 years.

When I was 8 years old I started Colorguard with Jong Holland Juniors. After 7 years, I made the switch to go to Jubal Drum & Bugle Corps in the Open class. From that year I also learned about the Winterguard circuit. I marched with Wilhelmus Winterguard from 2020 till 2022. In 2023 I made the choice to go to Sensation Performance Ensemble. Here I was able to develop further culminating in the World Championships in the World class last April.

This coming May I will take the plane to America to make my dream come true. This will be 3 months consisting of hard work, new friendships and memories for life.

This experience unfortunately comes with significant costs. From travel expenses to uniforms and other supplies, it is a big financial challenge. That is why I am asking for your support to make this dream a reality. Any contribution, no matter how small or big, anything helps to make this opportunity a reality.
