Hello All!

My name is Sammy Liao and I recently started my journey of running again. After a long break, I've been more pro-active; running outside when the weather is nice or on a treadmill when it is not. Just three weeks ago, I ran my first 5k to test out the waters in Boston for St. Patty's day. I have never ran with so many people before and it was so fun!

By the end of this year, my goal is to run a half marathon. To prep for this, I decided to join B.A.A's 10k in Boston taking place this June. In addition, I have decided to fundraise for Brigham and Woman's hospital. The goal is 300 but the more the better; it's all going to a great cause!

All proceeds go to the Brigham and Woman's hospital fundraiser but it would also mean you are supporting my running journey! Thank you and love you all!
