Bosco's Journey To Recovery

Our Last Update (1/21) -
Bosco's last set of X-Rays gave him the all-clear to have his splint removed; the pins & plates will remain in his foot for the end of time. He still needs to take it easy the next several weeks, but he's CAST FREE!
----
Thank you all for your support with Bosco's medical bills!
He's had the staples in his back removed and two bandage changes on his leg over the past three weeks. We will know more when he has his X-Ray's in a few weeks. Here's to hoping surgery worked & he heals with no pain left.
Update -
He's in surgery! The cost for today's visit is $6,210, which totals $8,685 for his journey thus far.
On October 30th, Bosco was injured in an unfortunate situation.
He spent the day in the Animal Hospital, and it was determined he had four broken metatarsals and needed a few sutures on his leg. While they gave him a splint, pain medications, and antibiotics, today's checkup didn't go as we'd hoped.
Between the emergency visit and the checkup, we are at $2,473.95.
Surgery is Thursday, November 17, and the estimate is $5,500.
Bosco found his way to me as an itty bitty kitty, and I promised to keep him safe.
He is six years old and acts more like a dog; he's social, playful yet lazy, and beyond tolerant of my weirdness. He's incredibly spoiled, and even more loved.
I want nothing more than to get Bosco back up and running (literally)!
I feel strange, to say the least, asking for help, but this is quite an unexpected expense!
We genuinely appreciate your support and can't thank you enough.
